The mixed master liquor is sent to the feed pipe of the scraper drum dryer through the feed pump, and the amount of liquid is controlled through the valve. At the same time, it circulates continuously to ensure that the master liquor will not crystallize and separate out. The collected master liquor in the feed tank flows back to the buffer tank through the reflux port.
The scraper drum dryer continuously supplies hot steam to heat the salt water film on the surface of the cylinder. After the water evaporates, the material on the surface of the cylinder is scraped off by a scraper and transported to the next process through a spiral. The condensate water generated by the condensation of the drum drying heat source is discharged to the condensate water return pipeline through the rotary joint and drain valve.
The water vapor and a small amount of salt particles produced by the drum dryer are washed by the wet dust collector and then discharged. During the entire exhaust process, the negative pressure state of the system is ensured through the induced draft fan at the rear, and the exhaust gas is washed and discharged before being discharged.
