Process Brief Description

The materials from the upper-level process enter the flash dryer through the conveying spiral, and evenly contact the hot air after heat exchange with the high-temperature flue gas from the roasting to cause heat and mass transfer processes, causing the moisture in the materials to evaporate

The dried material enters the bag dust collector with the hot air. The product is collected and enters the roasting process through the air shutoff device.

After the material fully roasted in the roasting process, it enters the cooling process. After cooling, the material is discharged to the next process

Process Advantages

The hot flue gas generated during the roasting process in the roasting kiln can be fully utilized in the flash drying system, greatly reducing the production cost of materials.

Key Technologies

Copy board and circular partition
During the development of the roasting kiln, the copy plate structure was developed to determine the internal structure of the roasting kiln. The lifting plate structure is specially designed according to the material characteristics, which not only ensures the mixing of materials during the roasting process, but also prevents the materials from flying in the rotating cylinder, reduces the material being brought out, and improves the roasting effect.
Sealing
The roasting kiln adopts three structural combination seals, including the seal between the feed box and the furnace barrel, the seal between the discharge box and the furnace barrel, and the seal between the furnace barrel and the furnace wall.
Magnetic foreign object control
The surface roughness of the parts in contact with the material is strictly controlled, and the increase of magnetic foreign matter is strictly controlled.
Heating furnace
The heating furnace adopts a split structure, and the middle is sealed with high-temperature sealing material. This structure is easy to transport and install. It adopts the combination of refractory bricks and high-temperature refractory fiber. The bottom of the furnace is multi-layered refractory bricks, and the side walls and upper cover are made of high-temperature refractory fiber modules. This structure greatly reduces the weight of the furnace.
Barrel lathe processing
The cylinder is processed by a large cylinder lathe to ensure that the runout of each processing surface is within a reasonable range, ensuring that the equipment is well sealed and operates smoothly.
